How to Develop a KILLER Listing Presentation for Real Estate Agents

To develop a truly long-term business and real estate you simply must have a killer listing presentation. Think about it, you spend all this time getting into the front door of a perspective seller only to pull out the same information that any other agent will do. But unfortunately you’re going up against the top page and in that neighborhood. So how do you win the listing?

It all comes down to your listing presentation. It must be able to win the listing for you and at the same time answer all of the Sellers questions so you don’t have to.

You should actually have to three versions of your listing presentation:

  1. A printed three ring binder
  2. A power point presentation
  3. On line for your website

The reason you have to three versions of your listing presentation is buckeye is there or multiple personality profiles and types that you’re going to run across as potential sellers. Three versions of your listing presentation gives them the opportunity to hear your information in the manner that best suits their personal preference. All of the presentations have the same information, it’s just a different medium.
