Of course you would – that’s the life blood of what we do as real estate agents. One of the critical components of building instant Repor (or an instant relationship) is the skill of FORD. No, we’re not talking about the automobile manufacturer either… we’re talking about the method and skill of asking certain types of questions that every person wants to talk about:
F – Family
O – Occupation
R – Recreation
D – Dreams
People like “people like us” – PLU’s. Look at your closest friends – look at who you spend the most time with – they are “like” you, that’s why you “like” them!
